Naxos Sofa-Bed by LeComfort
The Naxos Sofa-Bed by LeComfort combines generous comfort with space-saving functionality in a well-balanced contemporary design. Its robust, supportive seat and gently proportioned silhouette create an inviting place to relax during the day, while a patented mechanism transforms the sofa into a spacious double bed at night.
Designed to adapt to different interiors and room sizes, Naxos is available with four armrest designs – Round, Strong, Happy and Slim – as well as several sofa-bed sizes. A compact armchair-bed with Slim armrest is also available, providing a practical single sleeping solution where space is limited.
At the heart of the Naxos Sofa-Bed is a generous 17 cm polyurethane foam mattress, complemented by integrated pillow storage and a mechanism that opens in one smooth movement without removing the seat or back cushions.
Free delivery throughout Europe on orders over €2,000.
Naxos Sofa-Bed – Comfortable and Space-Saving Design
Naxos has been designed to provide substantial everyday comfort without unnecessarily increasing the visual or physical footprint of the sofa.
Its gently proportioned form gives the seating a reassuring, comfortable appearance, while the choice of four armrest styles makes it possible to adapt both the character and overall dimensions of the sofa.
The Naxos Sofa-Bed by LeComfort is therefore equally suited to a main living room, guest room, apartment, or multifunctional interior where an additional sleeping solution needs to remain discreet during the day.
For smaller spaces, the availability of an armchair-bed extends the same concept into an even more compact format.
Four Armrest Options
Naxos can be configured with Round, Strong, Happy, or Slim armrests.
Round – 9 cm
A softly shaped and relatively compact armrest that complements the balanced proportions of Naxos.
Strong – 19 cm
The widest option, creating a more substantial and visually grounded sofa.
Happy – 8 cm
A compact alternative that maintains comfortable proportions while helping reduce the overall external width.
Slim – 7 cm
The narrowest armrest, particularly suitable for rooms where every centimetre of available space matters.
The Naxos armchair-bed is available with the Slim armrest.
This variety allows customers to balance aesthetics and available room space without changing the fundamental character of the sofa.
Easy Sofa-to-Bed Transformation
The Naxos Sofa-Bed incorporates a patented mechanism designed for straightforward everyday operation.
The metal base is manufactured from polished steel and protected with a high-resistance powder-coated finish.
Its special construction allows the sofa-bed to be opened and closed in one simple movement without removing the seat or back cushions.
This is especially practical when Naxos is used regularly as a bed. There is no need to remove loose cushions and find somewhere else to store them before opening the sleeping surface.
When the bed is closed, the complete mechanism and mattress remain concealed inside the sofa.
17 cm Polyurethane Foam Mattress
The Naxos Sofa-Bed by LeComfort incorporates a substantial 17 cm polyurethane foam mattress with a density of 25 kg/m³.
The specified mattress height is measured at the centre of the mattress rather than at the edges.
The generous mattress thickness makes Naxos particularly attractive for customers looking for a sofa-bed that provides a more substantial dedicated sleeping surface.
An optional fireproof mattress is also available where additional fire-resistance requirements apply.
Integrated Pillow Storage
Practicality continues with a useful pillow storage compartment incorporated into the backrest.
Sleeping pillows can be stored directly within the sofa when the bed is closed, keeping them conveniently available without requiring additional bedroom furniture or storage space elsewhere in the room.
Together with the integrated mattress and easy-opening mechanism, this makes Naxos a particularly complete solution for rooms that regularly need to alternate between living and sleeping functions.
Strong Internal Construction
The upholstered exterior of the Naxos Sofa-Bed conceals a robust internal structure designed to support both seating and sleeping functions.
The supporting frame is manufactured from painted steel.
Solid pine wood components of various thicknesses are combined with Class E1 wood particleboard panels, while additional structural details are produced from hard or cellulose wood-based panels.
The complete internal structure is covered with Tecnoform beneath the exterior upholstery.
This combination creates the structural foundation required for everyday seating and repeated operation of the integrated bed mechanism.
Cross-Elastic Belt Seat Support
The seat is supported by cross-elastic belts integrated into the bed-base mechanism.
This support system allows the seating and convertible bed structure to function together within the same piece of furniture.
During the day, Naxos provides comfortable seating with a relatively generous 58 cm seat depth. When required, the integrated mechanism converts the same structure into a dedicated sleeping surface.
Sofa-Bed and Armchair-Bed Configurations
The Naxos Sofa-Bed by LeComfort is available in several sizes:
2-seater sofa-bed: 72 cm
3-seater sofa-bed: 82 cm
3-seater Maxi sofa-bed: 92 cm
Armchair-bed: 93 cm
These measurements are the manufacturer’s specified seat widths and not the complete external dimensions of the furniture.
The final overall width depends on the selected sofa-bed configuration and armrest style.
This is particularly relevant with Naxos because the armrests vary considerably in width, from the compact 7 cm Slim armrest to the 19 cm Strong armrest.
Additional Dimensions
Seat height from floor: 52 cm
Seat depth: 58 cm
Back structure height from floor: 75 cm
Feet height: 8 cm
These proportions give Naxos a comfortable seating position while allowing the complete sleeping mechanism and 17 cm mattress to remain concealed within the sofa structure.
Naxos Armchair-Bed
An important advantage of the Naxos collection is the availability of a compact armchair-bed with Slim armrests.
It provides the same space-saving philosophy in a smaller format, making it particularly useful for guest bedrooms, home offices and other rooms where there may not be enough space for a full sofa-bed.
During the day, it functions as an upholstered armchair. When an additional sleeping place is required, the integrated mechanism converts it into a practical single bed.
This also makes it possible to coordinate a Naxos sofa-bed and armchair-bed within the same interior.
Designed for Multifunctional Living
The Naxos Sofa-Bed is particularly suitable for interiors where furniture needs to provide more than one function.
In a living room, it serves as comfortable everyday seating while keeping a complete double-bed solution hidden within the sofa. In a guest room or home office, it makes it possible to provide overnight accommodation without permanently dedicating the room to a conventional bed.
Its four armrest options provide further flexibility. Slim and Happy help minimise the overall footprint, while Round and Strong create a more substantial upholstered appearance.
Combined with the armchair-bed option, this makes Naxos particularly adaptable to rooms of different sizes.
