Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the Service or purchase products.
Service: refers to the service provided by Alarus Interiors
You: a person or entity that is registered with Alarus Interiors to use the Services.

have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Alarus Interiors. We’ll be as brief as our

The warranty covers defects in the quality of the goods caused by the fault of the manufacturer for the duration of 24 months from the date of purchase.
1. When assembling (If needed) the product, the buyer follows the assembly instructions attached to the product;
2. The product has been used for its intended purpose within one regular shift per day and is maintained in accordance with the maintenance rules.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to naturally worn parts of goods and upholstery fabric.
In the event of a defective product, we undertake to replace it with a new one at our own expense or to refund the full amount paid for the product.
The buyer loses the right to free warranty service in the following cases:
- The goods were damaged through the fault of the buyer.
- The goods were damaged during transit to your shipping address.
- The furniture was affected by Force Majeure (force majeure).We recommend that you do not throw away the packaging until the furniture has been assembled. In the case of warranty service, additional information which is provided on the product packaging may be required.

UAB “Alarus” corrects, completes, or replaces the quantitative or qualitative discrepancies identified during the warranty period with quality ones at its own expense.
We at Alarus Interiors commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is reflected from 27 years of experience in the international furniture business, selecting only the best suppliers and their products. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with your interior and it would be a hassle-free experience.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues or simple mistakes from the overloaded suppliers who are always very keen on helping solve the arisen issues in a timely manner.
In such cases, we may ask you to provide the pictures of the defect or may send a technician to inspect after which we will determine the cause and give you an answer within a few days. If the defect was made by manufacturing error, you will have the option to return the item and get a full refund or to wait for a new one which will be replaced for you for free.
In case of an agreed refund, the payment will be made by bank transfer and it may take a couple of days to process, but you will be notified when we send it.
Purchasing from exposition
We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Alarus Interiors is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
Alarus Interiors is responsible for the return shipping costs of the defective product. Every returning shipping is paid by Alarus Interiors, even if the item didn’t have free shipping in the first place.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Alarus Interiors may have to limit the number of products
available for purchase. Alarus Interiors reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Alarus Interiors confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Alarus Interiors will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
