Bali Sofa-Bed by LeComfort

The Bali Sofa-Bed by LeComfort combines the refined appearance of a contemporary modular sofa with the practicality of a comfortable double bed. Its streamlined profile, elegantly flared armrests, and optional lateral chaise longue create a sophisticated design that conceals a complete sleeping solution within the sofa.

During the day, Bali provides comfortable seating with soft fibre-filled back cushions and supportive polyurethane foam seat cushions. At night, its patented mechanism transforms the sofa into a generous double bed in one smooth movement without removing the seat or back cushions.

Available with Kama or Krio armrests, several sofa-bed sizes and a spacious chaise longue, the Bali Sofa-Bed can be adapted to both compact and larger living spaces.

Free delivery throughout Europe on orders over €2,000.

Bali Sofa-Bed – Contemporary Design with Chaise Longue

The Bali Sofa-Bed is designed around a refined, streamlined profile with carefully shaped armrests that flare gently outwards.

This subtle detail gives the sofa a lighter and more elegant appearance, helping to visually reduce the substantial volume required to conceal the integrated bed mechanism.

For additional relaxation space, Bali can be configured with a lateral chaise longue. With a generous seat depth of 120 cm, the chaise creates a comfortable place to stretch out while preserving the clean proportions of the overall composition.

The modular character of Bali makes it particularly suitable for contemporary living rooms where seating comfort, sleeping functionality, and sophisticated design need to coexist within the same piece of furniture.

Kama and Krio Armrest Options

The Bali Sofa-Bed by LeComfort is available with two distinctive armrest designs.

Kama – 9 cm
A slim armrest that helps maintain a compact overall width and complements the streamlined character of Bali.

Krio – 12 cm
A slightly wider alternative that gives the sofa a more substantial upholstered profile.

Both the sofa-bed and chaise longue are available with Kama or Krio armrests.

The choice between the two allows the overall appearance and dimensions of the composition to be adjusted according to the room and preferred style.

Easy Sofa-to-Bed Transformation

Bali incorporates a patented sofa-bed mechanism designed to make conversion straightforward.

The polished steel base is protected with a high-resistance powder-coated finish. Its mechanism allows the bed to be opened and closed in one simple movement without removing the seat or back cushions.

This is particularly useful when the sleeping function is used regularly. There is no need to remove loose seating components or find somewhere to store them overnight.

When the bed is closed, the mattress and mechanism remain discreetly concealed within the sofa, allowing Bali to retain the appearance of a conventional designer sofa.

12 cm Polyurethane Foam Mattress

The Bali Sofa-Bed is equipped with a polyurethane foam mattress with a density of 25 kg/m³.

The mattress is 12 cm high, measured at the centre rather than at the edges.

Its integrated construction provides a dedicated sleeping surface while allowing the complete mattress to be concealed within the sofa during the day.

An optional fireproof mattress is also available for projects requiring additional fire-resistance specifications.

Comfortable Seat and Back Cushions

Bali has been designed to provide comfortable everyday seating in addition to its sleeping function.

The back cushions are filled with frayed polyester fibre, creating a softer and more relaxed support.

The seat cushions are made from non-deformable polyurethane foam with a density of 30 kg/m³ and covered with Tecnoform.

This combination provides a balance between softer back support and a more structured seating surface.

Optional fireproof foam is available where required.

Different Support Systems for Sofa and Chaise Longue

The sofa-bed and chaise longue use support systems appropriate to their individual functions.

The sofa-bed seat is supported by elastic belts integrated into the bed-base mechanism.

The chaise longue uses polypropylene and latex elastic belts, providing dedicated support beneath its deeper seating area.

This allows the two elements to work together visually while maintaining construction appropriate to their different functions.

Fully Removable Fabric Upholstery

The Bali Sofa-Bed by LeComfort is available in fabric or textile upholstery with completely removable covers.

This makes maintenance more practical and provides extensive possibilities for personalising the sofa through different colours, textures and upholstery collections.

Cleaning and washing requirements vary according to the selected textile, so the individual care instructions on the chosen fabric label should always be followed.

Strong Internal Construction

Behind the upholstered exterior is a robust internal structure designed to support both everyday seating and repeated operation of the sofa-bed mechanism.

The supporting frame is manufactured from painted steel, while solid pine wood components of varying thicknesses form part of the structure.

Additional elements are manufactured from Class E1 wood particleboard, with details in hard or cellulose wood-based panels.

The complete internal structure is covered with Tecnoform beneath the final upholstery.

Bali is completed with aluminium-coloured feet, which complement its clean contemporary appearance.

Sofa-Bed and Chaise Longue Configurations

The Bali Sofa-Bed is available in several sizes, allowing the sleeping solution to be adapted to different interiors.

Specified seat widths are:

2-seater sofa-bed: 72 cm
3-seater sofa-bed: 82 cm
3-seater Maxi sofa-bed: 92 cm
Chaise longue: 82 cm

These measurements refer to the specified seat widths rather than the complete external dimensions of the sofa.

The final overall dimensions depend on the selected configuration, armrest design, and whether the composition includes a chaise longue.

Additional Dimensions

Seat height from floor: 45 cm
Sofa-bed seat depth: 56 cm
Chaise longue seat depth: 120 cm
Back structure height from floor: 68 cm
Feet height: 12 cm

The relatively low 45 cm seat height and 68 cm back structure height contribute to Bali’s streamlined profile, while the 12 cm feet visually lift the upholstered structure away from the floor.

A Versatile Sofa-Bed for Contemporary Living

The Bali Sofa-Bed by LeComfort is particularly suitable for interiors where a conventional sofa, relaxation area, and additional bed need to be combined without compromising the overall design.

The optional chaise longue provides generous space for daytime relaxation, while the integrated bed remains hidden until required.

In apartments, guest rooms and multifunctional living spaces, this combination can make more efficient use of available floor space. In larger living rooms, the chaise configuration allows Bali to function as a substantial modular sofa while retaining its concealed double-bed capability.

Its removable upholstery also provides additional practicality for a piece of furniture intended for frequent everyday use.

Customise Your Bali Sofa-Bed by LeComfort

The Bali Sofa-Bed by LeComfort combines elegant proportions, flexible configurations and practical sleeping functionality in one sophisticated design.

Choose between Kama and Krio armrests, select the preferred sofa-bed size and add the lateral chaise longue to create a configuration suited to your room.

A broad selection of LeComfort fabrics, colours and textures allows Bali to be further personalised according to the surrounding interior.

With its patented easy-opening mechanism, 12 cm mattress, removable upholstery and optional chaise longue, Bali offers a practical solution for comfortable seating, relaxation and overnight accommodation.
